Astrid Francke has developed her experience in environmental and administrative law. She provides legal advice to address the development and modification of investment projects in the Environmental Impact Assessment.

In this sense, Astrid has experience in developing strategies to address administrative sanction procedures ordered by the Superintendency of the Environment and, also, she has large knowledge in the litigation in contentious-administrative proceedings before Environmental Courts. 
 
Astrid has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the environment practice by The Legal 500 in the years 2019 and 2020.
 
She previously worked in the legal firm Eelaw (2019-2020) and before that, she worked in the
Environmental Evaluation Service (2015-2019), both in the Evaluation Support Department and in the Litigation Department.
 
Astrid is a member of Chile Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Chile).
