He has developed his professional career in the areas of environmental and corporate law, with a particular focus on advising companies in the energy and agro-industrial sectors.

 

During his professional career, he has advised clients on corporate matters such as asset acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, structuring of investment vehicles, and due diligence processes, among others.

 

In addition, he has participated in the environmental assessment of projects and obtaining environmental permits; in the review of regulatory compliance strategies and indigenous consultation; administrative claim procedures; and in legal support during the construction, operation, and closure phases of electrical infrastructure projects, addressing issues related to the SEIA and the electrical sector regulations.

 

In the energy area, he has participated in the formulation of observations to modify bills related to transmission, and in the preparation of discrepancies before the LGSE Panel of Experts.

 

Before working at PRB, he worked at Transelec S.A. and at the law firm Hoyl y Cía Limitada.
