He specializes in environmental and administrative law, playing a strategic role in advising on desalination, mining, energy, agro-industrial, real estate, and sanitary projects, mainly providing legal support to multidisciplinary teams in the early stages, in the context of environmental impact assessment procedures, and in the defense of the corresponding environmental permits in subsequent administrative and judicial proceedings.

He has also developed her professional practice by proposing risk prevention strategies and environmental and regulatory sanctions in the context of the development of the construction and operation phases of projects, identifying courses of action to support the operational management and the inherent complexities of productive activities.

In the field of sanction proceedings, his professional practice has been characterized by the assumption of the administrative and judicial defense of the owners of investment projects against sanction proceedings instructed by the Environmental Inspectorate and sectoral organizations.

He has complemented his practice by advising on the acquisition, validity, and modification of maritime concessions, which are essential authorizations for the establishment and operation of infrastructure necessary for the development of port, sanitary and energy projects, among others.

He is currently a member of the faculty of the Master's Degree in Environment and Natural Resources at the University of Finis Terrae.

Since 2017, he is recognized by Chambers & Partners in the field of environment. 

His previous experience includes Jara Del Favero Abogados and Banco de Chile.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
