He specializes in civil, commercial, company and contract law, theenvironment, natural resources and international and national project finance.

 

Since 1983, he has been an advisor in the drafting of regulations on the environment, forest and water resources, environmental impact assessments, and regulations and contracts on electronic money and information transfers.

 

He has vast experience in representing the public and private sector in mining, commercial, forestry, real estate, industrial and other matters (contractual, corporate, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, the environment, legislation).

 

He has been named a Senior Statesperson (2017, 2018, 2019 y 2020) in the Environment practice by Chambers and Partners.
