Ivan has focused his professional career in the energy and natural resources area.

 

In the energy area, he has advised several clients in numerous due diligences for the acquisition of utility scale and small distributed generation projects, interconnection contracts and PPAs, transmission and power supply bids, open access requests, discrepancies before the Experts Panel, litigation in administrative proceedings before sectorial bodies and in the preparation of complex analyses of all types of regulatory matters in the sector.

 

Along with the above, he has advised several clients in matters related to exploration and exploitation processes of mining concessions, obtaining easement rights, as well as the constitution and regularization of water rights, among other related matters.

 

Prior to PRB, he worked at Larrain y Asociados Abogados, Negociación y Servidumbres S.A. (NYSA) and Grupo SAESA.
